Current site behavior

This launch version does not create user accounts, accept comments, collect newsletter signups, or store form submissions. When someone follows a merchant link, Letter Ritual records an aggregate click event containing the page, merchant, link placement, and any campaign labels already present in the page address. This first-party counter does not set cookies or save names, email addresses, IP addresses, browser identifiers, or a visitor profile in its analytics database.

The hosting provider may still process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, and access logs.

Newsletter signup will remain unavailable until a real email service is connected and this notice identifies how that service processes subscriber information.

Outbound links

Merchant and reference links open third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Future approved affiliate links may include a tracking parameter so a purchase can be attributed to this publisher.

Future changes

Cookie-based analytics, email collection, advertising, or additional tracking should not be added without updating this page and presenting any consent controls required for the site’s audience and markets.
